Drawing inspiration from his Persian and Mediterranean roots, Chef Ben has expertly coalesced his traditions into an easily enjoyable experience for all.
Operating Café Bagheri primarily as a virtual restaurant, Chef Ben has enthusiastically hosted a variety of online events. YouTube videos, Twitch livestreams, private online Zoom classes, Instagram community building, and of course — showcasing his incredible Persian recipes!

Growing up in Iran, Chef Ben spent many incredible years learning from his fathers in the kitchen. Developing a sensory intuition when it comes to food has been one of Chef Ben’s superpowers. Serendipitously, several of his family members own restaurants and bars in the United States – from burgers to fine French food — which proves that food is in the Bagheri veins!
For Chef Ben, the full experience is about experimenting with recipes, re-creating food, and making memories with mixology. Transforming food into what Chef Ben has coined “Persian Fusion” has been the name of his game.
